摘要 重庆直辖十年,基础教育取得了巨大成就,为全市社会经济的快速发展提供了合格的人力资源和智力支持。然而,重庆基础教育的发展仍旧存在诸多问题,城乡教育发展的不协调很大程度上制约了重庆基础教育事业的进一步推进。重庆被确立为全国统筹城乡综合改革配套的新特区,其政策空间为重庆基础教育城乡统筹工作带来巨大机遇和挑战。通过重庆特色的凸显来冲破城乡基础教育各类瓶颈的制约,是新特区基础教育城乡统筹发展的唯一出路。 The basic education in Chongqing has abtained great achievements over the last 10 years, prowding qualified human resources and intellectual support for rapid development of socical economic. However, many problems still exist in the development of basic education in Chongqing.One of the problems is unbalanced development of urban and rural areas, which hinders largely the development of basic education in Chongqing. The policy, which establishs Chongqing as new SAR for supporting comprehensive reform of balancing urban and rural basic education development, will bring tremendous opportunities and challenges to the basic education balanced deveplopment of Chongqing. The only solution for Chongqing to promote balanced deveplopment of urban and rural basic education depends on breaking through the constraints in urban and rural basic education by embodying characteristics of Chongqing.
