摘要
健全完善的一致行动制度,对于我国证券市场的健康发展具有举足轻重的意义。特别是在上市公司收购大战愈演愈烈的今天,这一问题突显重要。文章主要对一致行动的概念、规制一致行动的法律意义和现实意义、我国相关立法的缺陷及完善进行简单论述,以期对一致行动制度的构建有所裨益。
The perfect system of act in concert is important to the development of securities market,specially today when progurement of listed company is more and more intensive. The paper concerns the concept, legal and realistic significance to contribute to the improvement of China＇ s corresponding legislation.
