摘要 介绍了超声波衍射时差法(time of flight diffraction,TOFD)检测技术的基本原理,为此,基于应用实践,对检测标准、检测试块的选择、检测灵敏度的调节及检测结果的评定等主要问题进行了探讨,为TOFD检测技术的应用推广提供参考。 The basic principle of TOFD (time of flight diffraction) technique as a new non-destructive test (NDT) method is introduced in this paper. Based on the application of this technique, TOFD standards, reference blocks, sensitivity adjustment and analysis of testing results are discussed. It may be helpful for popularizing this technique in China.
