高能球磨制备纳米WC/MgO粉末的工艺研究

摘要 本文采用正交试验法,对高能行星球磨制备纳米WC-38%MgO(质量分数)复合粉末的工艺参数进行了优化研究。试验表明,当磨球直径为10mm、球磨机转速为350r/min、球料比为6:1时,最有利于WC-MgO复合粉末的细化。当球磨罐中装料量(mp=100g)一定时,理论计算和球磨实验得出的最佳球料比均为6:1。 In this paper, an orthogonal experiment was introduced to optimize the technological parameters of high energy planetary ball milling on nano-structured WC-38%MgO (mass fraction) composite. The result showed that it is of benefit to fining of WC-MgO composite that the ratio of ball-to-powder is 6:1, ball diameter is 10mm, and the milling speed is 350r/min. The result also showed that the optimum ball-to-powder mass ratio is 6:1 which was based on the theoretical derivation and milling orthogonal experimental analysis, if the mass of samples with milling fixed at 100 grams in every milling vial.
