摘要
纳米陶瓷粉末具有陶瓷材料的高硬度、耐高温、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等性能,也具有纳米粒子所特有的效应。但因其具有极大的比表面积和表面能,因而极易团聚,致使其在应用中无法发挥纳米陶瓷的优异性能,但通过对纳米陶瓷表面改性可改善这一状况。纳米陶瓷表面改性的方法有:偶联剂法、表面活性剂法、物理法等。改性后的纳米陶瓷,因其独特的物理、化学、光学等性能在功能材料、橡胶、涂料及生物医药等方面得到了广泛的应用。
The nano-porcelain particles with high strength,enduring hot temperature, abrasion, erosion are introduced in this paper. Due to the great specific surface and surface energy, there are special domino effects that the powders are very easy to aggregate. And the aggregated particles are hard to exert its excellent performance in use. To modify the surface of nano-porcelain can improve its condition. The methods are as followings: coupling surfactant modification, graft polymerization modification, physical modification and so on. After modification, the nano-porcelain will have some particular physical, chemical, optical performance, so it is widely used in many fields, such as functional materials, rubbers, paints, biomedicine, etc.
