摘要
针对当前烟草商业企业用工、分配制度及岗位价值评价方法的不足,通过实施基于宽带薪酬体系的人力资源管理探索,提出了优化岗位职责、岗位价值测评和工作绩效管理办法,描述了方法应用过程和实施效果。
Measures to optimize the quarters responsibility, evaluation, and performance management in tobacco commercial companies were put forwarded through the implementation of human resources administrative approach based on the broadband pay system. The application process and effects were described.
