丹参对实验性肝硬变犬门脉高压的影响

Study of effects of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae on portal hypertension in experimental cirrhotic dogs

摘要 研究丹参注射液对门脉高压血流动力学的影响.方法用胆总管结扎法制作犬门脉高压模型.分别测定用药前后门脉高压犬血流动力学变化.结果丹参静脉给药后30min,肝硬变犬门静脉压(Ppv,256kPa±030kPa→198kPa±033kPa)、嵌塞肝静脉压(WHVP,217kPa±036kPa→184kPa±031kPa)、肝静脉压力梯度(HVPG,093kPa±033kPa→066kPa±043kPa)显著下降(P<005~001),给药后60min,上述指标降至最低点(各为182kPa±033kPa,170kPa±030kPa,060kPa±043kPa),但对平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、下腔静脉压(ICVP)和正常犬血流动力学无显著影响(P>005).结论丹参为一疗效确切而无副作用的降门脉压药物. AIM To study the portal hemodynamics in portal hypertensive dogs administered with Radix salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM). METHODS The models of portal hypertension in dogs were made by chronic bile duct ligation and hemodynamics in cirrhotic dogs was measured before and after injection of RSM. RESULTS Thirty minutes after intravenous administration of RSM, the portal venous pressure (Ppv, 2 56kPa±0 30kPa to 1 98kPa±0 33kPa), wedge hepatic venous pressure (WHVP, 2 17kPa±0 36kPa to 1 84kPa±0 31kPa), hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG,0 93kPa±0 33kPa to 0 66kPa±0 43kPa) of cirrhotic dogs were significantly decreased ( P <0 05~0 01); after sixty minutes, the Ppv(1 82kPa±0 33kPa),WHVP(1 70kPa±0 30kPa) and HVPG(0 60kPa±0 43kPa) decreased to the lowest values, but the mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), free hepatic venous pressure (FHVP) of cirrhotic dogs and hemodynamics in normal dogs were unchanged ( P >0 05). CONCLUSION RSM is an effective drug with few side effects in lowering portal pressure.
