本文围绕发展现代农业、建设社会主义新农村总体目标,从农机化在提高农业劳动生产率、改善农民生产生活条件、改造村容村貌、增加农民收入、构建和谐社会、保障新农村建设目标实现等角度入手,论述了农机化在发展现代农业和建设社会主义新农村中的重要作用,对推动农机化事业全面发展具有积极意义。

This paper focus on the development of modem agricultures and building a new socialist countryside , in terms of improving agricultural productivity, improving production, living conditions of farmers ,transforming rural areas, increasing farmers incomes, building a harmonious society, and protecting the goals of building new rural areas, which is discussed the important role in the development of modem agriculture ,building a new socialist countryside and the positive significance of promoting Agricultural Mechanization overall development.
