摘要
利用长喉颈文丘里管测量了三种物料(滑石粉、煤粉和玻璃珠)在不同空气速度下的气固两相流的各相流量,显示了压差比和固气比之间有很好的线性关系。对同一物料在不同空气速度下的曲线进行线性回归后,所得直线的线性度是令人满意的。实验还研究了不同粒径的气固流动所选测点的位置。应用CONVAS模型进行数值计算,其结果与实验数据吻合较好。
This paper presents the measurement of gas-solids flow rate in the pipe with extended-throat venturimeter. Three kinds of particles: talcum powder, glass beads and pulverized coal are involed. 54 curves are obtained at different gas flow rate for all kinds of particles. It shows that the pressure drop ratio is linear with loading ratio and all the curves for same particles can be fitted into one with satisfactory linearity. The influences of particle diameter on the choice of position of taps and the length of throat of venturi are also studied in this paper. The numerical calculation with a quasi-one-dimentional model gives a good results compared with the experimental data.
