论我国城市社区居民自治存在之问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Autonomy of Community Denizens in China

社区是社会的缩影。建设社区居民自治有利于扩大居民政治参与和基层民主建设,是我国社会主义民主政治发展的必然结果。在我国由于党和各级领导的重视,社区工作者的介入,社区居民自治已有显著的成绩,但仍然存在一些问题,如社区居民参与意识淡薄;社区居民自治的法律不健全;社区缺乏财政体系等,这些问题影响了居民自治进一步的发展。

Community is a miniature of society .Builing of autonomy of community denizens is helpful for denizens to participate in polity and democracy.In China, because of recognition of Party and leaders ,the autonomy of community denizen is successful.But there are some problems still ,such as the consciousnessof participation is lukewarm ,the law is distemperde, and the community lacks of the financial system .They have affected the development of autonomy of community denizens.
