行政性垄断对我国经济和社会的危害有目共睹,是我国目前经济体制改革中危害严重、亟待解决的经济与行政问题。本文在综合先行研究成果的基础上,着重从行政垄断的法律规制角度进行分析与界定,并提出一些建议,以期为完善行政垄断的法律规制提供良好的理论基础。
