Research on the Risk Management of Whole Life Cycle Projects

分析了项目全生命周期各阶段的风险事件,建立了项目风险管理环的概念,并从技术、成本和进度三个方面对风险事件进行了全面分析、归类,进一步细化了风险管理环包含的内容,研究了风险管理环在项目各个过程组的控制流程,使风险管理过程能够在项目管理过程中得到有效的实施。

Based on the analysis of the risk events at different stages of the whole life cycle of projects,the conception of risk management loop has been established.Meanwhile,risk events have been analyzed and classified from three aspects like technology,cost and rate of progress,followed by the detailed illustration of contents in the risk management loop.Furthermore,the study concentrates on the controlling flow path of risk management loop in every procedure group of projects.In this way,risk management process can be carried out effectively in the process of project management.
