Synthesis of α,ω-bis(4-bromomethylphenoxyl) alkane

摘要 以乙醇或水为反应介质,通过对甲酚盐与α,ω-二溴代烷烃的亲核取代反应合成了α,ω-二(4-甲基苯氧基)烷烃系列产品,并以N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)作溴化试剂合成得到α,ω-二(4-溴甲基苯氧基)烷烃;通过元素分析和1H NMR等方法对目标化合物的结构进行了表征. A series of α,ω-bis(4-methylphenoxyl) alkanes were synthesized by the nucleophilic substituted reaction of the salts of p-cresol and α,ω-dibromoalkanes with ethanol or water as solvent, and then reacted with N-bromosuccinimide to produce α,ω-bis(4-bromomethylphenoxyl) alkanes. All these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and ^1 H NMR spectra.
