摘要
外包作为发达国家企业提升核心竞争力的有效手段已成定论。外包活动中,OEM往往是发展中国家企业作为接包方的一种重要经营形式,但发展中国家的企业能否通过OEM的经营形式寻求自我发展,获取发展中自我的核心竞争力却是一个有待观察的问题,而这在我国企业的发展战略中更是一个需要观察和注意的问题。
It is generally accepted that outsourcing is an effective means of enhancing core competitiveness for companies from developed countries. In outsourcing, OEM is often an important mode of operation for companies from developing countries as outsourcees. However, it remains to be seen whether they can seek self-development and obtain their own core competitiveness through this mode of operation. This issue also deserves attention in the development strategy of Chinese companies.
