摘要
通过对企业公共人力资源问题的博弈分析,对核心员工职务晋升、职业生涯管理中的信号传递、家庭与事业平衡管理问题的博弈分析,可以得出将博弈论与信息经济学原理应用于核心员工的职业生涯管理,可以使民营企业的人力资源管理更加人性化、科学化,促进企业持续发展的结论。
This paper presents a game theory analysis of issues m public human resources at businesses, including signaling m promotion and career management as well as work-life balance management of core employees. It is concluded that applying the principles of game theory and information economics to career management of core employees at private companies can help personalize and rationalize human resource management and promote their sustainable development.
