摘要
"银行"名称由来的"板凳"观和银行起源的"金匠"观等主流银行形成理论存在一些值得商榷之处,应引起学术界对这些问题的注意,并对之做进一步的研究,以便更好地完善银行形成理论,同时为银行发展理论奠定良好的理论基础。
There are some points open to discussion in the mainstream theory of the origin of banks, such as the ＂bench＂ concept of the etymology of the word ＂bank＂ and the ＂goldsmith＂ concept of the origin of banks. They deserve attention of the academic circle and further research, so as to improve the current theory of the origin of banks and lay a solid foundation for developing banking theories.
