摘要
归纳了灌浆工程对流量仪表的要求和电磁流量计的适应性;阐述了灌浆过程的主要工艺,如压水试验,灌浆等对流量仪表的要求;提示应用中需注意的事项,如操作工艺的影响,流量计测量管内附浆量的影响,介质中气泡的影响以及潮湿和高灰尘的环境引起的故障等。
The requirements of flow instrument in grouting engineering and adaptation of electromagnetic flowrneter are concluded. The majoring techniques of process in grouting process, e.g., water pressure tests, grouting, etc. are described. To avoid faults, the cautions in application are stated, e.g. , the influence of operating process, air bubble in media as well as the troubles caused by moist and the high dust environment.
