摘要 介绍了以AVR单片机为智能节点核心,多个节点通过CAN总线通信的多点水温控制系统。智能节点包括温度采集模块、温度控制模块、CAN总线通信模块等。主节点将水温信号通过串口发送给上位机进行处理,并接受上位机的控制指令。用LabVIEW编写上位机程序,利用其PID工具包对各点水温进行独立的PID控制。系统应用于多个水族箱的水温管理,取得良好效果。 A multi-point water temperature control system which included several intelligent nodes was introduced. The intelligent nodes whose kernels are the AVR single chips communicate with each other by the CAN bus. The intelligent node is composed of modules of temperature sampling, controlling and CAN bus communication, etc. Water temperature signal is sent by the master node via serial port to the PC for processing. The program of PC is made by LabVIEW. The water temperature of different places is controlled separately by the PID control toolkit. The application of the system in aquatic tanks is well.
