摘要
新蒸馏出来的白酒在贮存期内,酒体的微痕量成分会发生变化,酒的微观形态也会发生变化。AFM图显示,经一定贮存期的酒体微观形态近似球状,且分布均匀。
The microconstituents of liquor body changed and then the microcosmic shape of liquor would change consequently in storage period for newly-distilled liquor. AFM spectrum indiceated that after certain storage period, liquor presented globular shape and the distribution was even. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
