摘要
适量的啤酒对人体健康是有益的,啤酒中含有的多酚类、黄酮类物质,可以有效地清除人体内过剩的自由基,不同品牌的啤酒对人体内过剩自由基的清除能力不同。用邻苯三酚在紫外分光光度计下测定了5种啤酒对超氧自由基的清除作用。结果表明,燕京啤酒对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力最强。
Adequate beer drinking is helpful for peoples' health because beer contains abundant polyphenols and flavone which could effectively eliminate redundant free-radical in people's body. Beer of different brands has different elimination effects. The elimination effects of five kinds of beer were studied and compared with 1-2-3-trihydoxybenzene by UV-spec- trophotography.The results suggested that Yanjing beer was the best to eliminate super oxygen anion free-radicals..
