摘要 酒类产品必须有极高的安全度,才能保障饮酒者的安全。要实现酒类产品质量安全,维护消费者权益,促进市场健康、有序发展,必须对酒类产品各环节进行严格规制。首先,建立酒类生产领域规制制度,实施酒类产品生产质量标准,严把质量关;其次,加强市场流通领域监管,使符合酒类产品质量要求的酒在市场上安全、有秩序流通;最后,加强酒类产品服务体系的健全和完善,建立相关酒类企业市场准入制度,严格市场准入,使酒类产品生产、消费安全。 Liquor products must have the highest safety degree to secure consumers' health. In order to achieve the quality safety of liquor products, defend consumers' right, and advance health and orderly development of liquor market, strict regulations are necessary for each link of liquor products. Firslty, the regulations in liquor production field should be formulated (liquor production quality standards) to secure liquor quality. Secondly, strengthening the management in liquor circulation field is necessary to ensure orderly and safe circulation of liquor products in the market. Finally, sound establishment of liquor products service system (establish of relative admittance system for liquor-making enterprises) is required to ensure safe liquor production and liquor consumption.
