区域防空任务保障性参数研究

Research on Supportability Parameter for Regional Air Defense

以区域防空任务作战想定为背景,将区域防空体系的作战任务划分为预警侦察、战斗机拦截、导弹拦截和高炮拦截4个阶段。针对各阶段任务,给出参战的装备作战单元类型,建立各阶段任务的保障性参数,包括反映平时训练的使用度和反映战时作战能力的任务完成率、战斗准备时间、再次出动率等。

Use the air defense combat assumption as background. The task of the air defense is divided into four phased-tasks, which are reconnaissance, fighter plane interception, missile interception and anti-aircraft gun interception. According to the four phased-tasks, the types of equipment combat units are given, and the supportability parameters of four phased-tasks is proposed, which include mission completion success probability, combat preparative time and sortie generation rate etc., which can reflect the training availability and wartime combat capability.
