摘要
维修性验证分析,只选取试验样本与样本选取集的交集部分,其缺少部分需要用模拟维修作业样本集补充。基于分层随机抽样的维修性试验样本的选取,以各系统组成单元的主要技术特征作为依据进行第1次分层,进行第2次分层前需首先进行维修作业分析。第3次分层则以维修作业发生频率、维修耗时预计和产品数量为分层的主要考虑因素,分组过程与GJB-2072基本一致。
The maintainability demonstration analysis only selects intersection of testing sampling and sampling selection unit. Its missing department needs complementarily of simulation task sampling. Sample-selecting method based on stratified random sampling is presented, the first time to stratify is according as the technology characteristics of the buildup-cells, the second time to stratify is based on maintenance task analysis, the third time layer to stratify is along with GJB-2072 and based on maintenance happening frequency, maintenance time predict and product quantity.
