摘要
盐酸丙帕他莫为一种非成瘾性镇痛药.以对乙酰基氨基酚为起始原料,经酰化、胺解、酸化成盐得到盐酸丙帕他莫.通过元素分析、UV、IR、1H NM R和M S对结构进行表征.改进后的工艺总收率达68.8%(以对乙酰基氨基酚计).结果表明操作方法简便,总收率较高。
Propacetamol hydrochloride is a non- addictive analgesic, paracetamol takes for raw material in this artical. After through acylate, amination, acidification, the propacetamol hydrochloride was obtained. The structures of the products were determined by elemental analysis, UV, IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS. The total yield of bupropion hydrochloride was 68.8% based on paracetamol chloride. The result shows that the method is convenient and the total yield is higher.
