摘要
目的:通过对162例肝外伤的临床分析,以提高对肝外伤的早期诊断和早期治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院1995年3月至2007年8月收治的肝外伤162例的临床资料。结果:治愈148例(91.3%),死亡14例(8.6%)。死亡病例中,术后胆漏、再出血死亡1例,并发ARDS死亡1例,合并大血管或其它严重伤死亡12例。结论:早期诊断、早期治疗肝外伤对提高肝外伤治愈率、降低死亡率具有重要临床意义。
Objective： We analyzed 162 cases traumatic liver to improve the early diagnosis and treat- ment. Method： We reviewed the datas of 162 cases from Mar. 1995 to Apr. 2007 in our hospital. Result： There were 148 cases cured （91.3%） , 14 cases dead （8.6%）. One cases with bkle leakage and recurrent bleeding in all the death cases, one was dead for the complication of ARDS. 12 cases were dead for large blood vessel injury and the other servere injury. Conclusion： It＇s important to improve the cure rate and decrese the death rate for traumatic liver with early diagnosis and treatment.
