米非司酮与舌下含服米索前列醇配伍终止妊娠40例疗效观察

The Curative Effect of 40 Cases of Termination of Pregnancy in Combination with Sublingual Mifepristone and Misoprostol

目的：探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止11-16周妊娠的一种较安全有效的方法。方法：2004年8月至2005年8月，妊娠11-16周，自愿终止妊娠的患者，妊娠11-14周患者，d1晨空腹口服米非司酮50mg，12h后空腹口服米非司酮50mg，d2给药同d1，d3晨舌下含服米索前列醇200-400μg，根据宫缩情况每隔1h可追加200μg，总量600-800μg；妊娠14-16周患者d1-d2晨空腹口服米非司酮75mg，12h后空腹口服米非司酮50mg。d3晨舌下含服米索前列醇200μg，根据宫缩情况每隔1h可追加200μg，总量600-800μg。结果本组40例均诱导流产成功，成功率100％。从用米索前列醇至胎儿娩出时间最短55min，最长10h，平均5．5h，胎盘胎膜完整率95％，胎膜不全率为5％，平均出血量为80ml，副反应占17．5％，无羊水栓塞、子宫穿孔、宫颈裂伤、流产后出血过多及感染病例。结论：米非司酮与舌下含服米索前列醇配伍终止11-16周妊娠成功率高，安全，副作用小，为此孕周内终止妊娠的一种较安全的方法，值得推荐。

Objecfive：A safe and effective method of Termination of 11 - 16 weeks＇ pregnancy in com- bination with Sublingual mifepristone and misoprostol. Result： This group of 40 patients were successfully induced abortion, the success rate is 100%. From the use of misoprostol to the baby is delivered shortest time 55 minutes, the longest 10 hours on average 5.5 hours, placenta fetal membrane integrity is 95% ,fetal membranes failure rate of 5%,the average amount of bleeding is 80ml, 17.5% of the reaction, no amniotic embolism, no uterine perforation , no cervical laceration, no post - abortion infections and excessive bleeding. Conclusion： The termination of pregnancy from 11 tO 16 weeks in combination with sublingual mifepristone and misoprostol is high success rate, safety, side effects, it is recommended.
