腹腔镜在闭合性腹外伤中的应用

The Application of Laparoscopy in Closed Abdominal Injury

目的:探讨腹腔镜在诊治腹部闭合性损伤中的价值。方法:经腹腔镜对58例原因不同闭合性腹外伤进行诊断和治疗。结果:57例通过腹腔镜明确诊断,50例在腹腔镜下得到治疗,8例中转开腹手术。平均手术时间40min,平均住院6.1d。结论:腹腔镜对闭合性腹外伤是一种安全且准确的诊断方法,还是良好的治疗手段。

Objective： To explore the value of the laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment for closed abdominal injury. Method： 58 cases with closed abdominal injury were diagnosed and treated under laparoscopy. Result： 57 cases were diagnosed successfully and 50 cases were treated by laparoscopy. 8 cases were transferred to laparotomy. The average operation time was 40 minutes and the average hospitalization was 6. 1 days. Conclusion： Laparoscopy is not only a safe and proper diagnostic method, but also a good procedure of treatment.
