咳嗽变异性哮喘56例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 56 Cases cough Variant asthma

目的:探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床特征及治疗效果,提高对该病的认识。方法:通过临床观察,实验室检查,逐项分析确诊者均给予糖皮质激素及支气管解痉剂等治疗。结果:56例中50例治愈,4例有效,2例发展成支气管哮喘。结论:对长期慢性咳嗽患者,应仔细询问病史,及时做相关检查,尽可能早期诊断,并给予适当治疗,以免发展成典型哮喘。

Objective： Discuss the clinical features and therapeutic efficacy of cough variant asthma to improve the comprehension of the disease. Method：With the clinical observation and laboratory examinations make a definite diagnosis , then treat the patients with glucocorticoid and bronchus spasmolysant. Result：Of all the 56 patients ,50 patients were cured,4 got the utility and 2 persons turned to bronchus asthma. Conclusion ：With the intimate case history and laboratory examinations,get the final diagnosis and treat the patients as early as possible . It is important for striving for the ideal efficacy and preventing chronic cough from developing to asthma.
