摘要
目的:评价甲磺酸帕珠沙星氯化钠注射液治疗老年人急性呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的患者50例,随机分为二组(各25例),实验组为甲磺酸帕珠沙星氯化钠注射液,对照组为盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液。结果:实验组的痊愈率、有效率为76.00%、96.00%,对照组为64.00%、92.00%;实验组的细菌清除率为95.00%,对照组为85.71%;实验组的不良事件发生率为3.20%,对照组为4.01%,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:甲磺酸帕珠沙星氯化钠注射液在治疗老年人急性呼吸道感染中有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of pazufloxacin mesilate on acute infection in the elderly. Method： Fifty patients were randomized to two groups, the trail group used pazufloxacin mesylate injection, and the control group used Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride injection. Result： The cured rate and effective rate of trail group were 76.00% and 96.00%, while those of control group were 64.00% and 92.00%. The bacterial eradication rate of two groups were 95.00% and 85.71%, and the incidence of adverse reaction were 3. 2% and 4.01% respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Pazu-floxacin has excellent therapeutic effect on acute respiratory infections, and it also has good safety.
