摘要
文中通过采用PCD刀具对SiCP/Al复合材料进行切削实验的研究,探讨了切削速度、进给量、切削深度对切削力、刀具寿命的影响,总结出对含体积分数为56%的SiCP/Al复合材料的合理切削参数。实验表明:当切削速度在300m/min、进给量为0.20mm/r、切深为0.3mm时,可进行高效率高质量的切削,并获得良好的综合效益,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, through the research of AI-56%SiCp as-cast Metal Matrix Composites cutting experiment by the PCD cutting tools, the influence of cutting force and cutting tools life on cutting speed, cutting feed rate, cutting depth were discussed. Summarize the appropriate cutting parameters for A1-56%SiCp as-cast metal matrix composites. The experiment shows: when the cutting speed is 300m/min, the cutting feed rate is 0.20mm/r, and the cutting depth is 0.3mm, it can be cutted by high efficiency and high quality, and excellent integrated benefit can be obtained, and also have some guide meaning for practical production.
