摘要
以某型空空导弹四联装发射装置为例,对空间尺寸链的设计计算方法进行了研究。在考虑了装配公差和形状位置公差的条件下,采用极大极小法,给出了该型发射装置改进后的平行度计算方法。实际应用结果表明,既满足了设计要求,又改善了产品的工艺性,最终很好地实现了产品的工程化要求。
Based on an air-to-air four missile launching system, calculating method of space dimension chain is researched. Taking into account assembly tolerance and geometric tolerance, with the maximum and minimum method, a parallel degree calculating method for the missile launcher is put forward. The actual applied results show that the design request not only is satisfied, but the product craft is also improved well. Finally, the requirement of product engineering is well realized.
