恶性血液病患者疾病认知水平的调查及护理对策

Observation and analysis on the cognitive level of disease for patients with malignant blood disease and nursing strategies

目的了解恶性血液病患者的疾病认知水平及影响因素,为健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计恶性血液病患者疾病认知水平调查表对60例恶性血液病患者作调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果恶性血液病患者的疾病认知水平总体较低;化疗次数不同者的认知水平存在差异;文化程度高的患者疾病知识主要来源于相关书籍,文化程度低的患者疾病知识主要来源于护士和病友。结论护理人员应加强对血液病患者健康教育的力度,根据患者情况实行个体化宣教方案,提高宣教质量,从而提高患者对疾病的认知水平。

Objective To study the influencing factors of disease cognitive level for patients with malignant blood disease by investigation in order to offer evidence for further health education and behavior intervention. Methods 60 patients with malignant blood disease were investigated by self - designed ＂cognitive level of disease for patients with malignant blood disease question- naire＂. Then analyze the result. Result The cognitive levels of malignant blood disease were different because of the difference in courses of chemotherapy and culture background. Conclusion Individual propaganda and education method based on different course and education level for patients can improve the quality of health education and patients＇ cognitive level.
