反相高效液相色谱法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片中马来酸氯苯那敏含量

Determination of Contents of Chlorphenamine Maleate from Jamaqingannamin Tablet by RP-HPLC

目的用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片的马来酸氯苯那敏含量。方法色谱柱为岛津C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH=3)-0.005mol/L己烷磺酸钠甲醇溶液(1.2∶1),流速为1mL/min,紫外检测波长为223nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果马来酸氯苯那敏质量浓度在5.49～71.32μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.07%,RSD为1.64%。结论RP-HPLC法简便、准确,可作为甲麻芩苷那敏片的含量测定方法。

Objective To determine the contents of chlorphenamine maleate in Jamaqingannamin Tablet by RP - HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 05 mol/L KH2PO4 （containing 1% triethylamine and adjusting pH valus to 3 with phosphate acid）-0. 005 mol/L IRP-B6 （1.2：1）and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃ and the detective wavelength was 223 nm, Results The contents of chlorphenamine maleate could be determined by HPLC, The linear concentration range of the compound was 5.49 -71.32 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99, 07% , RSD = 1.64%, Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determine chlorphenamine maleate contents of Jamaqingannamin Tablet.
