To undertake 2-Independent-Samples T Test via mean,standard deviation and the sample size.[Methods]SPSS software procedure was adopted to realize 2-Independent-Sample T Test.[Results]The experiment turns out the consequences that the program worked out were totally correct.[Conclusion]2-Independent-Samples T Test can be realized without original data,only with the statistics in SPSS.
