浅析高校贫困生抑郁症的成因及对策

CAUSES OF DEPRESSION AMONG POVERTY STUDENTS IN A COLLEGE AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

[目的]调查分析某高校贫困生抑郁症的现患状况及其影响因素,并探讨相应的教育对策。[方法]用抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查某高校442名贫困生,并访谈其中部分对象;资料的分析用SPSS11统计软件包。[结果]贫困生的SDS标准评分为59.49±6.234,高于非贫困生的55.42±5.838,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);贫困生和非贫困生抑郁症患病率分别为34.8%和9.0%,差异也有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。专业对SDS标准评分和抑郁症患病率也有一定影响。但父母职业、家庭居住环境却没有影响。[结论]贫困生抑郁症明显高于非贫困生,高校应加大对贫困生的心理健康教育工作。

To investigate the prevalence of depression among poverty students in a college and its influencing factors,and explore educational countermeasures against it.[Methods]SDS was used to investigate 442 poverty students,and part of them were interviewed.Analysis of data was performed by SPSS11.0 software.[Results]The standard grades of poverty and non-poverty students were 59.49±6.234 and 55.42±5.838,respectively.The prevalence of depression for them were 34.8% and 9.0%,respectively and the differences observed for the standard grades and prevalence were significant（P﹤0.01）.Different majors affected the standard grade of SDS and the prevalence of depression,but parents’ occupation and residential location had no influence on them.[Conclusion]The prevalence of depression among poverty students is more severe than that of non-poverty students.Psychological health education should be strengthened to control the prevalence of depression in colleges.
