紫外光解-ICP-AES法测定奶粉中金属元素含量 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]建立紫外光解法处理奶粉样品,对光照时间、光照强度、氧化剂用量等条件进行优化选择。[方法]向奶粉样品中加入HNO3和H2O2,在紫外光消解装置中,光解一定时间后,取出定容,用ICP-AES直接测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb的含量。[结果]光照90min后,奶粉样品消解完全,方法加标回收率为94.8%~99.6%,与常规的湿法消解相比,无显著性差异。[结论]紫外光解法处理奶粉样品处理步骤简单,快速、经济,准确度、精密度高,是一种令人满意的奶粉样品前处理方法。 To establish UV-photolysis method to digest the milk power sample and optimize the conditions such as irradiation time,irradiation intensity and quantity of oxidant and so on.[Methods]HNO3 and H2O2 was added into the sample,which was took out and held definitely after photodissociation in ultraviolet device. The contents of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb were determined directly by ICP-AES.[Results]After 90 minutes’ photodissociation,milk power was completely digested.Recoveries of the method were from 94.8% to 99.6%,and there was no significant difference between this method and wet digestion.[Conclusion]This method is simple,fast,economical,precise and accurate;it’s a satisfying method to digest the milk powder.
