摘要
在总结国内外无线检测技术的基础上,提出了一种基于应变式传感器网络化的桥梁无线测试系统,主要用于大型桥梁结构的检测或土木工程领域的健康监测.阐述了桥梁无线测试系统的各组成单元,给出了主要单元的基本原理及框图,并对各组成单元进行了集成.在可靠的通信协议下,通过主控软件,实现了以无线方式进行主控节点和各远端数据采集节点之间的数据传输,并对无线系统进行了对比试验研究.研究结果表明,该无线系统具有安全、高效、可靠、精度高、稳定性强、无须借助现有的通信网络、成本低、适应性好等优点.
The paper presents a wireless system which is based on network of strain sensors and mainly applied to large bridges or structural healthy monitoring in the civil engineering, including unit modules, the essential principle and block diagram of primary units and the integrating method of modules. Data between main node and remote data acquisition nodes is transmitted wirelessly by the control of host control software under reliable communication protocols. A comparing experiment is made and the result shows the wireless system features safety, efficiency, reliability, precision, stability, low cost, flexibility and can do without any other communication network.
