摘要
运用模糊模式识别法,利用2001—2005年的相关数据,分析中国房地产市场的发展状况.结果表明:我国房地产市场在2002年、2003年处于升温阶段,2004年处于微热阶段,2005年再次处于升温阶段.国家需要采取必要的宏观调控政策,防止房地产市场进入过热阶段.
Based on the fuzzy recognition theory and related statistics of real estate in 2001-2005, this paper reveals the development stage of real estate markets in China as a whole. The result indicates that the real reveals market in China was at the rising stage in 2002 and 2003, at a little bit heated stage in 2004 and at the rising stage again in 2005. The state should adopt necessary macro-control policies to prevent the real estate market from entering an overheated stage.
