新疆地区汉族与哈萨克族正常牙合颅颌骨形态X线头影测量的比较研究

Comparison of roentgenography cephalometric study on craniofacial morphology between Han ethnic and Kazak with normal occlusion in Xinjiang region of China

目的研究新疆地区正常汉族人颅颌骨形态,比较与哈萨克族颅颌骨组织形态的差异。方法选择81名正常汉族男女拍摄头颅定位侧貌X光数字化图像,用经典分析方法和综合分析方法作线距分析、角度分析、比例分析及综合分析并与哈萨克族资料进行比较。由PACS5.0测量软件完成各项指标测量,测量结果进行统计分析。结果新疆地区汉族与哈萨克族颅颌形态同性别间两两比较,两者均为直面型和短面型,面前份较平直;哈萨克族全颅底长、前后面高度、面深度均大于汉族,鼻根点略前挺;汉族上颌突度大于哈萨克族,颏突度较小。结论新疆地区汉族与哈萨克族正常颅颌骨形态X线头影测量结果有差异。

Objective To compare deviations between local Han nationality and Kazak in Xinjiang region through the cephalometric study on structure of skull. Method Eighty-one Han ethnic subjects evaluated in the study were chosen, including 46 females and 35 males, beth with normal occlusion and well-balanced faces. Suitable softwares were developed to calculate linear and angular measurements. Cephalometrics parameters were analyzed based on application of classic methods and the synthetical analyses. Using PEMS 3.1 software package,we performed the statistic processing and correlation analyses, including descriptive and inferential statistics. Results The comparison and correlation of differential morphology features were made according to different genders between Han and Kazak. Conclusion There was almost rectilinear in the anterior facial vector for beth groups. The cranial length, anterior and posterior facial heights, facial depths as well as maxillofacial bottom of Kazak were larger than those of local Hans. Structure growth pattern of male and female tended to be of horizontal and mediate types respectively between local Han and Kazak. Contour of their facial structure for both Xinjiang local Han ethnic and Kazak was straight and narrow in facial profile depth. Hans had a little bit protruding dentition forward, compared with Kazak. Kazak dominated longer length of anterior and posterior and propriety in maxillofacial bottom as well. The nasal tip salient in Kazak protruded slightly more than that in Han group. The upper jaws appeared a little bit protruding in local Han and somewhat showed differences in chins in both two ethnics.
