知识经济非常重要的特征是知识创新和技术创新。高素质的创造性人才是经济社会发展的关键。创造能力是衡量科技人才质量的重要标准。科技人才在未来的经济、科学技术和知识等方面的竞争归根到底是创造能力的竞争。高等教育培养的大学生应该具有创新精神。高校担负着培养和造就高素质创造性人才的历史使命,深化高校内部改革、建立创新机制、培养创新人才是摆在高校面前的一项迫切任务。

Initiative Knowledge and innovative technology are the main features of the knowledge economy. High- quality creative talents are the key to the social economic development. Creativity is a criterion to judge the scientific and technological talents, who are the basis in the future competition in economy and technology. Colleges are obligated to bring up some creative talents. This is an urgent task for college, so college must deepen the reform and establish a system for nursing the innovative talents.
