摘要
如何促使中小学教师素质发展适应当前课程改革的要求,是一个亟待解决的现实问题。文章对中小学教师素质的现状进行了分析,并提出了教师素质提升、非学制自学和用新的证明方式承认自学能力的观点。
It is an urgent task to train primary school teachers to be adapted to the present curricular reform. This essay will analyze the quality of primary school teachers and proposes some new views including quality promotion, unlimited learning term system, new certificate.
