Advances in Research into Cardiac Biological Pacemakers

摘要 随着分子生物学的发展,心脏生物起搏成为近来研究热点,目前研究主要基于细胞生物起搏;基因生物起搏;基因工程干细胞起搏。生物起搏展示了良好的发展前景,但其应用于临床实践中还有很多问题需要研究和解决。 Recent developments in molecular biology and genetic engineering have led to advances in research into cardiac biological pacemaking in the field of regenerative medicine. The search for such a pacemaker has primarily centred on three therapy strategies: cell- based pacemakers, gene-based pacemakers and genetic engineering-based pacemakers. The application of the cardiac biological pacemaker still faces many problems in spite of its promise of being an effective solution.
