Current Status and Advances of Myocardial Injury Assessment During Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)相关的心肌损害发生率在10%～40%之间,通常只表现为术后轻微的心肌损伤标志物增高,不伴有临床症状、心电图改变或心功能异常,但心肌损害可能与患者远期死亡率增高相关。因此,关于PCI术相关的心肌损害研究现状和进展值得我们探讨。

Myocardial injury during coronary intervention occurs in 10% -40% of cases and is often characterized by a slight increase in the markers of myocardial necrosis, without symptoms, electrocardiographic changes or impairment of cardiac function. However, even mild myocardial injury may be associated with a higher follow-up mortality. So the current status and advances of myocardial injury after percutaneous coronary intervention are worth to investigate.
