知识产权证券化能为高新技术转化,提高自主创新能力提供有力的金融支持,对于我国建设创新型国家具有重大意义。本文将根据我国的实际情况和已有的资产证券化实践,对我国知识产权证券化的具体运作流程和重要环节进行研究和设计,以期建立一个可行的运作操作模式。
Securitization of intellectual property provides strong finance support to accelerate high and new technology transforming and improve the capability of independent innovation. It is important to build file innovative eountry. According to actual situation and practices of asset - backed - securitization in our country, this article researches and designs the operating proeess and important links of seeuritization of intellectual property to establish a feasible operating model.
