摘要
国有企业改革的内部阻力是指国有企业的一部分人力资本所有者(经营者和生产者)对国有企业改革的抵触和反对而形成的阻力。其成因在于这部分人力资本所有者的利益受到了损失。分享制是消解国企改革内部阻力最有效的方法。它具有就业效应、公平效应、合作效应。
The internal resistance of state - owned enterprise reform is the resistance caused by the conflict and opposition of a part of human capitals owners (executives and producers) . It stems from that the benefits of the part of human capitals owners have suffered to lose. Share institution is the most valid method to reduce the internal resistance. It has employment effect, fair effect, and cooperation effect.
