摘要
本文在回顾我国创业投资发展历史的基础上,分析了创业投资发展中存在的问题,总结了国外创业投资发展的有益经验,提出了借鉴国外成功经验、促进我国创业投资发展的几点建议。
The author makes a review of the history of china＇ s development of venture capital and analyzes the existing problems, then the author concludes the beneficial experiences of the venture capital development of foreign countries and offers some proposals.
