跨国公司供应链联盟的风险问题研究

目前,供应链联盟正被越来越多的企业所采用,并逐步取代企业集团和战略联盟的位置,成为人们关注的新的焦点,被喻为是21世纪企业合作的主流模式。跨国公司供应链联盟降低了供应链的总成本,增强了信息共享,提高了顾客满意度,使跨国公司依靠整体优势主动参与竞争。但是,由于联盟成员的多元性、功能上的集成完整性、地域上的分散性和组织上的非永久性等特点,使得跨国公司供应链战略联盟这种组织形式潜藏着许多风险因素,文章着重分析了跨国公司供应链联盟中的六大风险因素,并对这些风险因素进行研究,针对这些风险因素提出了相应的六个防范措施。

Nowadays, supply chain alliance has been adopted by more and more companies, and it gradually replace business group and strategy alliance become a new point concerned. It is considered to be the main model in cooperation of enterprises in 21 st century. Supply ebain alliance of transnational corporation may cut down eost, promote share of information and enhance satisfaction of customers. With advantages of entirely, it offers abilities to take actions to compete with others. But a lot of risks may exist in supply chain alliance, hecause it has different members, combiued function, scattered locations and without perpetual organization. This paper mainly analyses six risks in the operation of supply chain alliance of transnational eorporation, and through further research, brings forward six corresponding countenneasures.
