摘要
本文以特变电工股份有限公司为例,介绍和分析了该公司基于雇主品牌理念的战略人力资源管理实践中采取的尊重员工、提高员工满意度、重视人力资源管理和企业文化建设等策略,以及取得的成效,以期对其他企业的人力资源管理实践有所启发。
Based on the strategic HRM practice in Tebian Electric Apparatus Co. , Ltd. (TBEA), this paper introduced and analyzed its strategies such as respecting his employees, improving employees' Contentment, attaching importance to HRM and constructing firm culture, as well as the effect of these strategies. This study can give some suggestion for other firm' HRM practices.
