可持续发展能源指标体系(EISD)是国际原子能机构组织开发的有关能源发展的分析和决策的辅助工具。该指标体系对能源的生产和消费涉及的社会、经济和环境各方面关键因素用指标体系进行概括,对地区性的能源可持续发展具有评估现状和预测未来发展的作用。对EISD指标体系的产生背景、指标体系基本结构和作用做了介绍。
The Energy Indicators for Sustainable Development（EISD） is a set of tool developed by the International Atomic Energy Agency（IAEA） for the purpose of analyzing energy-related development issues and decision-making.With the establishment of a range of indicators representing three dimensions of sustainable development-social,economic and environmental,the EISD indictors system serves as a useful tool for evaluating the current situation and predicting future development of energy issues.The background,basic structure and applications of the EISD indicators system were introduced.
