摘要
将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)与四氢化苯甲醇(CM)经溶液酯交换制备了四氢化苯甲氧基接枝EMA(EMA-g-CM),再将EMA-g-CM与紫外光引发剂、钴催化剂熔融共混制备了吸氧EMA共混物。研究了CM用量、吸氧反应对EMA-g-CM和吸氧EMA共混物的结构与性能的影响。结果表明:增加酯交换反应中CM用量可提高EMA-g-CM的接枝量和吸氧量,当MA∶CM物质的量比中CM比例大于1.5,接枝量和吸氧量变化趋缓。但CM用量增加会降低吸氧EMA共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,经紫外光引发吸氧后,EMA-g-CM被氧化生成醇类化合物,使断裂伸长率大幅下降。
Ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer (EMA) was reacted with tetra-hydroben zalkahol (CM) to prepare EMA-g-CM by means of solution transesterifieation. Oxygen scavenging EMA blends were then prepared by melt blending of EMA-g-CM with UV photo initiator and Co catalyzer. The effects of CM content and oxygen scavenging reaction on the structure and properties of EMA-g-CM and oxygen scavenging EMA blends were studied. The results indicated the increase of CM content in transesterifieation reaction could increase the grafting quantity and oxygen scavenging quantity of EMA-g-CM. When the MA:CM ratio was more than 1 : 1.5, the grafting quantity and oxygen scavenging quantity of EMA-g-CM varied little. However, the increase of CM content lowered the tensile strength and elongation at break of oxygen scavenging EMA blend. After oxygen scavenging reaction, the elongation at break of the blend dropped greatly.
